Kia Service is Important

Kia America, Inc. (KUS) may, from time to time, provide preliminary templates for its authorized dealers (“Dealers”) to use for a variety of advertising or marketing purposes (“Templates”). In the event KUS provides any Templates to Dealers, (a) KUS does not represent or warrant that any such Templates comply with any applicable law, including without limitation any advertising laws or state regulations, and (b) Dealers are solely responsible for ensuring that the Templates and any use of the Templates for advertising or marketing comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
